Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 3 T unsweetened cocoa
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetend condensed milk
- chocolate sprinkles
Directions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, butter and condensed milk. Cook, stirring until thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest until cool enough to handle. Form into small balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles. Place each brigadeiro in a mini cupcake wrapper. Eat at once or chill until serving.
